Now, bring your attention to your thoughts. Imagine that you have the power to control and shape your thoughts, just like an artist with a canvas. Visualize any negative or limiting thoughts as dark clouds in the sky above you.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine that you are blowing away those dark clouds. See them dissipating and disappearing, leaving behind a bright, clear sky. As the sky clears, notice how your mind feels lighter and more open.

Now, focus on positive thoughts and affirmations. Visualize them as beams of bright light shining down from above, filling your mind with warmth and positivity. Allow these thoughts to flow through you, embracing each one and feeling their positive energy.
