Now, focus on how this place makes you feel. Allow yourself to fully experience the sensations of peace, contentment, and happiness. Feel the warmth and lightness in your body. Notice the smile that may be forming on your face.

Continue to bask in these positive emotions, allowing them to wash over you and fill you up. Imagine that this happiness is radiating outward, spreading to those around you and touching everyone you encounter.
