In front of you, visualize a set of scales. The scales represent the different areas of your life - work, relationships, health, personal growth, and leisure. Imagine placing items representing each area onto the scales, trying to keep them balanced and equal.

As you look at the scales, notice if one side is heavier than the other. Perhaps your work life is taking up too much space, causing the other areas to be neglected. Or maybe you've been focusing too much on your personal relationships at the expense of your own self-care.

Take a few moments to adjust the items on the scales, shifting things around until you feel you have a good balance. Imagine the scales resting perfectly level, each side equal in weight.
