Now, imagine your breath as a healing force. As you inhale, visualize the breath carrying fresh, healing energy to your back, nourishing and revitalizing the affected areas. And as you exhale, imagine that you are releasing any pain or discomfort, allowing it to dissolve and dissipate.

Continue to breathe deeply and focus on this healing process. With each breath, feel your back becoming more relaxed, more at ease, and free from pain. Picture the muscles in your back becoming supple and strong, supporting your spine with ease and grace.
