  6. Cleansing Release: As the box sinks into the water, see it being carried away by the current or washed away by the waves. As it disappears from sight, feel a sense of relief and release. Know that you have let go of these negative people and the emotions associated with them.
  7. Self-Love and Healing: Now, turn your focus inward and imagine a warm, golden light surrounding your body. This light represents love, compassion, and healing. Allow this light to envelop you completely, filling you with a sense of peace and well-being.
